let’s be honest:
Relationships are feeling hard. Not just with other people, but with yourself too.
You may be struggling with a critical inner voice (you know- the one that has you believing you’re not good enough or something is wrong with you), grappling with uncertainty about what you need and want, or finding yourself questioning your worth. Maybe it feels like you’re always in one of two modes - either anxious and overwhelmed, or shutdown and numb - but can’t seem to figure out why. Not only do these things make it hard to trust yourself, but they also make it really challenging to stay in connection with other people.
You might be hoping there’s something out there that can “fix” this once and for all. And I get it. This is truly exhausting. But here’s my take on it: you don’t need fixing, because you’re not broken. Your brain and body are wired for survival and adaptation, which means that you found ways to carry on with life in the midst of trauma, pain, or emotionally difficult experiences. But you’re probably finding that those old ways aren’t working for you now.
It’s possible to (re)connect with your authentic self, confidently let go of the old stuff, and start living your life in the present.

You’ll get more in touch with your authentic self and have a true understanding of your own needs and wants. You’ll feel empowered to take action that feels aligned with who you truly are.
Explore past issues and current patterns.
We’ll work together to help you gain insight into how your past relational experiences are showing up in your life now. By gaining insight, you’ll be setting the stage to make the changes you want to see in your life.
