Areas of Practice

  • I offer individual therapy for adults who are needing support around anxiety, depression, trauma, and/or family-of-origin issues. Many of my clients are specifically looking to address traumatic experiences or attachment wounds.

My approach is rooted in a relational framework and I also draw from psychodynamic therapy, parts work, attachment theory, EMDR, and the connection between mind and body.

  • I offer Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) therapy. You can read about this approach here.

  • I offer both in-person and telehealth therapy. However I have a preference for in-office work. Many clients find that it helps them to more easily transition in and out of therapy time, allows them to focus better, and facilitates a more authentic interaction.
